I originally found the LBT vehicle tracker on the internet. After I saw it online I did not hesitate to buy, especially after I knew they had an iPhone and Android App and the product was sold through Apple.

I constantly utilize the zone feature, and like to create zones within zones. With the zone feature we know for sure where our drivers are en route to the destination. Best of all, now I know how long it takes for certain services to be completed. We love that we can relay this information to the customer. Also, the speed alerts are very useful to keep track of people when in service.

I had no problem installing the GPS devices; the whole activation process was very simple. Any questions or concerns that I had were answered by a very supportive customer service team.

The mobile App is awesome! We use iPads and iPhones in our daily business, and love the exclusive interface design. We believe there is much opportunity for growth within the industry and we appreciate how LBT constantly improves and innovates.
