Mr. Morse is a former Vice President of Pacific Telesis/Pacific Bell/SBC (now AT&T) where he worked for 20 years. As Vice President of Consumer Sales and Services, Morse was responsible for more than 4,000 employees in 26 locations serving 7 million residential households. He later served as Vice President of Product Marketing responsible for SBC’s core billing products.
His leadership spanned a fourteen-state area and included serving as the corporation’s primary interface on consumer service and billing issues with the Federal Communications Commission and various Public Utility Commissions. Dave’s passion for customer service led to his appointment as Chief Customer Services Officer for Pacific Bell where he worked directly with the Chairman and the Executive Committee to establish the alignment of corporate strategy and process management objectives.
Morse is known for best practices that balance customer and shareholder needs while pursuing data-driven solutions. He also is experienced in directing strategic and tactical deployment of large-scale operations with the focus of engaging all employees in performance-enhancing behaviors focused on increasing bottom line profitability.

Morse received his Ph.D. in organizational behavior and development from Columbia Pacific University, his M.A. from the University of Northern Colorado and his B.S. from Brigham Young University.

Mr. Morse has established his business approach to sales by understand the voice of the customer and delivering an exceptional experience. He comes to us having led multiple and various organizations within SBC/AT&T over a span of 10 years branding himself as a corporate entrepreneur. His last 6 years were spent running consumer service/sales and winback centers and leading them to #1 National Rankings multiple years.
Having led LBT‘s award winning launch with Apple as Vice President Customer Service he then launched LBT‘s commercial platform and the small business segment. Mr. Morse prides himself as having an ability to identify talent, understand LBT’s various customer segments, be data driven and lead with vision. He is uniquely qualified to appropriately brand, market and deliver on our new flagship product, the PocketFinder+ and further expand market penetration of our Vehicle Trackers.
He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from Brigham Young University.
With many accomplishments, Mr. Morse holds being an Eagle Scout and his commitment to serving both his family and community in highest regard.
