Joe Scalisi is the visionary and inventor behind SkyBell, the first video doorbell and its entire suite of products, which won a CES Innovations Design and Engineering Award in 2014. As a serial entrepreneur and inventor, Joe has amassed over 162 patents in design and advanced technologies. He is currently ranked 241 of 1.5M IoT patent holders globally. Previously, Joe developed the world\u2019s smallest cellular GPS tracker in partnership with Apple Inc. His subsequent companies, Location Based Technologies and PocketFinder were at the time considered the most advanced portable GPS location devices in the world.<\/p>\n

Joe\u2019s systematic method of developing and protecting products has translated into millions of devices; both GPS and video doorbells being sold into international markets. Currently, Joe\u2019s IP portfolio has been valued in excess of $1B and his innovations have disrupted many markets dominated by industry giants, giving him a unique advantage in the markets he enters or creates. His patented technology has been or is being used by Apple Inc., Samsung Group, Uber Technologies, Inc., Lyft Inc., AT&T Inc., US Air Force, Honeywell International Inc., Alarm.com Inc., Google Nest, Amazon Inc., and many others.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Richard \"Rick\" Perry brings over ten years of leadership in child safety as the Chief Finance and Operating Officer, complemented by three decades of operational management experience across startups, ongoing operations, and turnaround strategies for multiple companies, overseeing thousands of employees.<\/p>\n

His appointment reflects his steadfast dedication and proficiency in navigating large-scale operational and financial contracts, fulfillment, and logistics.<\/p>\n

Rick\u2019s achievements encompass:<\/p>\n

- Spearheading global e-commerce platforms to facilitate centralized e-learning initiatives.
