Dave Morse

Co-President, Chief Executive Officer, Board Chair

Mr. Morse is a former Vice President of Pacific Telesis/Pacific Bell/SBC (now AT&T) where he worked for 20 years. As Vice President of Consumer Sales and Services, Morse was responsible for more than 4,000 employees in 26 locations serving 7 million residential households. He later served as Vice President of Product Marketing responsible for SBC’s core billing products.

His leadership spanned a fourteen-state area and included serving as the corporation’s primary interface on consumer service and billing issues with the Federal Communications Commission and various Public Utility Commissions. Dave’s passion for customer service led to his appointment as Chief Customer Services Officer for Pacific Bell where he worked directly with the Chairman and the Executive Committee to establish the alignment of corporate strategy and process management objectives.

Morse is known for best practices that balance customer and shareholder needs while pursuing data-driven solutions. He also is experienced in directing strategic and tactical deployment of large-scale operations with the focus of engaging all employees in performance-enhancing behaviors focused on increasing bottom line profitability.

The Outstanding Corporate Community Citizenship Award from the President of the United States for his work in the area of science and technology,The Outstanding Corporate Leader Award from Pacific Telesis Corporation,The National Quality Teamwork Award from the USA Rochester Institute of Technology, The Silver Outstanding Achievement Award for Benchmarking Measures of Customer Satisfaction from the American Productivity and Quality Council.

Morse received his Ph.D. in organizational behavior and development from Columbia Pacific University, his M.A. from the University of Northern Colorado and his B.S. from Brigham Young University.

Desiree Mejia

Chief Operating Officer, Board Secretary

Mrs. Mejia has served as Chief Operating Officer since the company’s original founding in late 2005. As a co-founder, Mrs. Mejia is responsible for running the day-to-day operations and oversees the Accounting and Marketing departments.

Mrs. Mejia developed the PocketFinder concept after realizing that a true need exists to “see” your children even when you can’t be with them. With co-founder Joseph Scalisi, Mrs. Mejia took the concept of using a GSM/GPRS tracking platform, combining it with a mapping service and creating a revolutionary tracking system to the next step of reality. Thus, the PocketFinder system was born.

Prior to becoming LBT’s Chief Operating Officer, Desiree was an operations manager and gained experience working with venture capital firms to help raise funds for the technology sector. She also consulted with a wireless manufacturing company to assist with the launch of a new wireless device. Prior to this, Mrs. Mejia worked with Deloitte and Touche, LLP where she specialized in the technology and telecommunications field. Previously, Mrs. Mejia acted as the head researcher and assistant to the Chairman at MESA Research, whose clients included AT&T, Motorola, Nortel, 3Com and Phillips.

Mrs. Mejia has a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Dominguez Hills, California.

Vice President Sales & Marketing

Mr. Morse has established his business approach to sales by understand the voice of the customer and delivering an exceptional experience. He comes to us having led multiple and various organizations within SBC/AT&T over a span of 10 years branding himself as a corporate entrepreneur. His last 6 years were spent running consumer service/sales and winback centers and leading them to #1 National Rankings multiple years.

Having led LBT‘s award winning launch with Apple as Vice President Customer Service he then launched LBT‘s commercial platform and the small business segment. Mr. Morse prides himself as having an ability to identify talent, understand LBT’s various customer segments, be data driven and lead with vision. He is uniquely qualified to appropriately brand, market and deliver on our new flagship product, the PocketFinder+ and further expand market penetration of our Vehicle Trackers.

He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from Brigham Young University.

With many accomplishments, Mr. Morse holds being an Eagle Scout and his commitment to serving both his family and community in highest regard.
